Course Overview

In today’s fast-changing world, solving problems creatively and designing user-centric solutions are critical for staying competitive. This 2-day hands-on workshop introduces participants to the principles and process of Design Thinking a practical, human-centered approach to innovation and problem-solving. Participants will explore each stage of the Stanford d.School Design Thinking model Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test through real-world case studies, group challenges, and guided tools. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped to reframe business challenges, generate innovative ideas, prototype solutions rapidly, and apply Design Thinking in their roles to deliver actionable strategies and drive meaningful business outcomes.
