Digital services and ICT resources are now the engine of innovation and the pillar of every business model, regardless of the sector of activity and the nature of the Organization. However, this poses delicate challenges not only to IT technical experts but also and perhaps above all to board members who must govern these resources, address risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with increasingly stringent regulatory requirements. This is with reference to the various issues involved such as: IT service management, information security, business continuity, and, increasingly, the use of artificial intelligence solutions. This course provides a comprehensive understanding on how to manage the Organization’s digital services and ICT resources in an integrated manner in order to effectively and efficiently support the business model. Participants will learn how use the approach of the main ISO standards applicable to the different aspects of the governance of digital services and ICT resources such as: IT services, information security, business continuity, artificial intelligence.
